SECTION 2 - PRE-ORDERS, DEPOSITS, AND BALANCE DUE

Because Kith Pets develops and manufactures physical hardware (such as the automatic pet bowl cleaner), the following conditions apply to all advance reservations:

Deposits vs. Final Purchase: "Hygie - VIP Early Access Deposit (Fully Refundable)" or similar deposit tiers are strictly a deposit fee and do not represent the final total purchase price of the physical product. The deposit fee goes toward the total cost of unit.
Balance Invoicing: Customers who place a deposit will be invoiced for the remaining final balance (including applicable shipping and taxes) prior to the fulfillment and shipping phase.
Manufacturing Delays: Hardware development, tooling, and supply chains are subject to unpredictable delays. Any delivery timelines or shipping windows communicated on our site are estimates only and do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Refundability: Unless explicitly stated otherwise during the checkout process, reservation deposits remain fully refundable until the customer's final balance is paid and the order is locked for shipment.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
Product Revisions: To ensure functionality, safety, and manufacturing viability, we reserve the right to make modifications to the design, materials, or features of our products. The final shipped hardware may differ slightly from 3D renders, prototypes, or animations displayed on the site.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
